What this notice covers
This notice covers the Dazilwa website at dazilwa.ie and the dazilwa.com and www addresses that redirect here. It does not describe data handling inside our apps. App privacy information is provided separately; see the Not4got app privacy policy.
Visiting the website
This is an informational website. It has no account registration, contact forms, advertising or analytics scripts. The page code does not set cookies or use browser storage to track visitors.
The website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser and device information, and request times to deliver and protect the website. This means visiting the website can involve personal-data processing even though our pages do not contain tracking scripts. Infrastructure and security features may use cookies where needed to provide their service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
If you email us
The email link opens your chosen email application. If you send a message, we receive your email address, any name you provide, the contents of your message and any attachments. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and manage any related correspondence.
Messages sent to hello@dazilwa.ie are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our existing business mailbox at hello@not4got.ie, hosted by IONOS. These providers process information as needed to deliver and host the email. Please only include information relevant to your enquiry.
Why we process information
We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries. Where an enquiry concerns entering into a contract with you, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering that contract. We may keep information where required by law.
Sharing and international processing
Our hosting and email providers process information to provide their services. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising. We may disclose information where legally required.
Service providers may process information outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers are subject to the provider’s data-protection arrangements and appropriate safeguards. How long information is kept
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and meet any legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Technical information held by our service providers is subject to their applicable retention arrangements; we do not promise that hosting or email data is deleted immediately.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@dazilwa.ie to make a request. You can also complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
